Job summary

LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) seeks a senior security architect/consultant to lead PQC programme delivery planning. This role translates NCSC expectations into actionable implementation plans and guides engineering teams through migrations with minimal risk.

You will develop roadmaps, assess cryptographic dependencies, and produce executive-ready updates, while engaging stakeholders across cloud, on‑premise, networks and PKI.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a senior security architect in a large enterprise.
• Delivery experience leading complex security or infrastructure programmes.
• Strong understanding of PKI, TLS and cryptographic protocols.

Responsibilities

• Act as the organisation's technical lead for PQC and cryptographic agility.
• Build practical migration plans aligned to milestones and business priorities.
• Lead discovery of cryptographic dependencies across applications, infrastructure, cloud, networks and PKI.
• Identify quantum-vulnerable technologies and prioritise remediation using a risk-based approach.
• Create reusable migration patterns, reference architectures and playbooks.
• Define how common scenarios will migrate (certificates, TLS, auth, signatures, VPN, key management).
• Assess vendor readiness and challenge roadmaps with TPRM teams.
• Support engineering through design reviews, pilots and decisions.
• Produce executive-ready updates and risk assessments.
• Explain complex issues to governance forums.
