Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a senior security architect in a large enterprise.
• Proven delivery of complex security or infrastructure transformation programmes.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and communicate with senior audiences.
• Excellent documentation skills and reader-aware documentation.
• Ability to influence multiple technology teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for PQC and cryptographic agility.
• Build migration plans aligned to milestones and priorities.
• Lead discovery of cryptographic dependencies across apps, infra, cloud and networks.
• Identify quantum-vulnerable technologies and prioritise remediation.
• Create reusable migration patterns, reference architectures and playbooks.
• Define migration approaches for certificates, TLS, authentication, and key management.
• Assess vendor readiness with the Third-Party Risk Management team.
• Support engineering through design reviews and pilots.
• Produce executive-ready updates and risk assessments.
• Explain complex tech clearly to governance forums.
