Job summary

Topps Group is seeking PPT trained operatives to join our distribution centre. The role is based at NN4 9EX with a 2PM - 10PM shift. You must be physically fit, able to perform heavy lifting, and hold PPT experience.

You will safely pick, load, and dispatch products to stores, and work with management to maintain efficient warehouse operations. As you gain licences, you may operate MHE to move pallets safely, aiming to minimise damage and costs while adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• PPT experience is essential for the role.
• Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting.
• Strong time management to meet workload deadlines.
• Attention to detail in picking, packing and palletising.

Responsibilities

• Ensure picked products are correctly loaded and dispatched to stores.
• Collaborate with management to run a safe and efficient warehouse operation.
• Minimise unnecessary costs while maintaining safety and service levels.
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations at all times.
• Promote a safe working environment and report issues to Line Managers.
• Undertake heavy lifting as required.
• Operate MHE safely once licensed, minimising damage to products.
• Accurately pick products in matching shades and report damages or packing issues.
• Assemble and wrap pallets securely for transit.
• Ensure waste is transferred to designated areas and areas are kept clear.
