NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a contract manager for a full-time role. You will oversee multiple contracts, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with NHS standards. Strong interpersonal skills and technical knowledge of NHS guidance are essential for success in this position.

We provide acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health services to a population of over 1.15 million, extending to 2.2 million with regional and national services.
This is a permanent, full-time position of 37 hours. The shift pattern is to be confirmed.
Working within the Property & Capital Planning department, the post holder will manage 14 existing PPP/PFI/DBFM contracts.
The post holder will assist the Head of Property & Asset Management in providing contract management advice across NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde. Technical knowledge of NHS guidance such as SHTMs and SHPNs is essential.
The role requires managing a varied workload, responding to requirements from the Board, stakeholders, and advisors, with sufficient experience to act with authority and autonomy.
You should have the knowledge and experience to support contract management, analyze data, and guide the Director of Estates & Facilities in managing expert advisors related to PFI contracts.
Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret complex data, technical information, and drawings. A valid driving license is required.
