Job summary

MSA Safety is seeking a motivated helpdesk coordinator to support five fire brigades with PPE queries via a dedicated online system. You will be the first point of contact, directing requests to the right internal teams and ensuring timely responses.

The role involves maintaining firefighter PPE records in SAP, handling emergency calls, coordinating PPE deliveries for recruits and courses, and producing a monthly KPI pack for sign-off.

Responsibilities

• You will look after 5 fire brigades primarily through an online helpdesk, where firefighters and managers log PPE enquiries and requests.
• Administration and maintenance of firefighter PPE records through the SAP system.
• Handling a variety of telephone queries including emergency callouts.
• Coordinating deliveries of PPE packs for new recruits, training courses, exchanges, and emergency orders.
• Recording key activities in a monthly KPI pack and preparing this for sign-off.
• Acting as a primary point of contact between the customers and the internal teams.
