Job summary

The Henley College in Henley-on-Thames is seeking Learning Support Assistants to support students who need extra help, contributing to an inclusive, high‑quality learning environment.

You will work with staff across the College to support classroom learning, foster safeguarding and wellbeing, and build positive relationships. The College offers LGPS, on-site cafes, CPD, and wellbeing resources to staff.
