Job summary

SSA Digital Recruitment is seeking a PPC Specialist to own paid search campaigns and drive growth. The role is London-based with Remote UK flexibility and permanent employment.

You will manage a six-figure annual PPC budget and shape how PPC is run in-house, reporting to the Head of Marketing and collaborating with marketing, web, content and sales teams across UK and international markets. You’ll optimise campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, test ad copy and landing pages, and use

Qualifications

• Hands-on PPC professional with campaign ownership
• Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM and conversion tracking
• Strong optimisation and analytical skills
• Ability to work with CPA, ROAS, CPC targets
• Experience in B2B or education/training is a plus but not essential

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
• Manage and maximise a six-figure PPC budget
• Drive qualified leads and conversions while improving CPA and ROAS
• Develop Search, Performance Max and remarketing campaigns
• Analyse keywords, search terms, audiences and competitors to identify growth opportunities
• Test ad copy, landing pages and campaign strategies to improve conversion
• Use GA4 and Google Tag Manager to track and understand performance
• Turn data into clear recommendations for the wider marketing team
