We’re looking for a hands-on PPC &SEO Manager to take ownership of paid and organic search across two luxurytravel brands: established LGBTQ+ travel specialist Out Of Office , andour newer luxury brand, Do Not Disturb .
We’re not looking for someone to simplykeep campaigns ticking over. We want someone who gets into the detail, spotswhen something isn’t working, asks why, and has the confidence to do somethingabout it.
You’ll have the freedom to test ideas,make optimisation decisions and put a proper structure around our SEO activity,with direct access to the people making the wider commercial decisions.
You’ll be working across two brands at very different stages. OutOf Office is an established luxury travel business, while Do Not Disturb gives you the opportunity to help shape how a newer brand grows.
You’llhave autonomy over the day-to-day running of PPC and SEO, while having directaccess to senior management, sales, content and commercial teams. Your ideaswon’t need to work their way through layers of management before you can testthem.
We’rea small, experienced team, so you’ll be able to see the impact of what you do,from a change in Google Ads or rankings right through to the quality of leadsand bookings coming into the business.
Experience with travel brands is abonus, particularly luxury or tailor-made travel, but isn’t essential.
Experience marketing other high-value products or services would also be relevant.
