Job summary

Round Thirteen is a boutique paid media agency seeking a PPC Manager to join as one of our first in-house hires. You’ll own campaigns end-to-end, shaping strategy and working directly with the founder across multiple clients — driving results across Google Ads and other search channels.

This hands-on role includes briefing creative, developing funnels, owning client comms, reporting performance, and contributing to the agency’s growth. Ambition and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, building and managing lead/demand generation PPC campaigns end-to-end.
• Experience with budgets up to £100k per month or more.
• Deep understanding of keyword analysis and campaign performance to optimise in real time.
• Full-funnel PPC experience: Search, Performance Max, YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, running acquisition-focused lead generation campaigns day-to-day — primarily across Google Ads with additional activity across other search channels.
• Lead campaign strategy, planning, and execution in collaboration with clients and the agency team to drive real results.
• Budgets: managing ad accounts with a range of budgets anywhere from £5k per month to £100k+ ad spends.
• Write briefs for creative, tracking, and landing pages, collaborating with clients and internal specialists.
• Own performance reporting — track, analyse, and communicate results through our agency reporting framework.
