Qualifications

• 2–4 years working inside a digital marketing agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Experience meeting tight deadlines and shifting priorities quickly.
• Deep knowledge of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display. Ideally experience with AI Max
• A strategic approach to building client relationships and revenue driven Paid Media campaigns
• Expert execution of Facebook and Instagram conversion-focused campaigns.
• Proficient setup and optimisation of Bing search campaigns.
• Practical experience managing ads on LinkedIn, Pinterest, or TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Create multi-channel strategies aligned with diverse client growth business goals.
• Manage end-to-end setups including targeting, bidding, creative assets, and tracking.
• Optimise daily budgets across diverse portfolios to maximise client return on investment.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Lead client communication via regular performance calls, emails, and strategy reviews.
• Build custom reports using Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4, and platform dashboards.
• Analyse performance data to find conversion bottlenecks and scale winning campaigns.
• Audit existing accounts to identify waste and discover new growth opportunities.
