Job summary

Smile Education Recruitment is partnering with a welcoming primary school in Worcestershire to recruit a committed PPA Teacher for a temporary role covering until the end of the Summer Term.

The role involves teaching across Year 1 to Year 6, delivering afternoon sessions, planning and preparing during PPA time, and ensuring continuity for pupils. The ideal candidate will hold QTS, have experience across the primary age range, and be adaptable, organised, and reliable.

Smile Education is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Worcestershire to recruit a committed and consistent PPA Teacher for a temporary role covering, until the end of the summer term with the potential of going permanent with the school.

This role requires someone who can commit to the full duration of the placement, ensuring continuity for pupils.

Role Overview:

• Teaching across Year 1 to Year 6, providing flexible classroom support as needed
• The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering afternoon sessions
• PPA time will be provided to support planning and preparation.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS(or equivalent).
• Have experience teaching across the primary age range.
• Be adaptable, organised, and confident working with different year groups.
• Be reliable and able to commit to the role
• Have strong classroom management and a positive, child-centred approach.
