Job Description:

v Deliveringengaging, differentiated lessonsacross EYFS, KS1, and KS2 to cover teachers’ PPA time

v Ensuringcontinuity of learningand maintaining high expectations for all pupils

v Creating astimulating and inclusive learning environmentthat promotes progress and independence

v Working closely with class teachers and support staff to ensureseamless transitionsandconsistency in pedagogy

v Contributing to thewider life of the school, including assemblies, clubs, and enrichment activities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

v Have experience across the primary age range (Desirable but not essential)

v Be aresilient and reflective practitionerwith strongbehaviour managementandadaptive teachingskills

v Demonstrate a commitment toinclusive educationandraising attainment for all learners

v Be confident in delivering lessons across a broad curriculum, includingcore and foundation subjects

v Possess excellentinterpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach

v Hold or be willing to obtain anenhanced DBS check
