Salary: M1 Outer London £36,413 - UPS3 Outer London £53,994

About the PPA Cover Teacher Role: As a PPA (Planning, Preparation & Assessment) Cover Teacher, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, providing cover for class teachers during their non-contact time
• Adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of different year groups and abilities
• Ensure continuity of learning and high expectations across all classes you cover
• Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
• Liaise with class teachers and phase leaders to support pupil progress and classroom routines

The ideal PPA Cover Teacher will have:

• Strong understanding of the EYFS, KS1, and KS2 National Curriculum
• The ability to build rapport with pupils and manage behaviour effectively in different classroom settings
• Adaptability, initiative, and a proactive attitude
• UK recognised Teaching Qualification with QTS
• Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service
• Right to work in the UK
