Job summary

Red Bull Powertrains offers year-long placements within Technical Operations, based in Milton Keynes. You will work across Engine Build and ERS Assembly, gaining hands-on experience in high-performance power unit development.

The role emphasizes problem solving, teamwork and learning, with exposure to the 2027 Formula 1 season and a range of benefits including bonus schemes, private healthcare and a pension plan. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to race-winning engineering.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience from at least one year of undergraduate study in Engineering, Science or Technology.
• Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration across multi-disciplinary groups.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of best practices, processes and tools to improve efficiency and deliver on objectives.
• Lead and support engineering project planning and delivery with hardware requirements and deadlines.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BoMs) for design, build and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with technical and manufacturing teams to deliver world-class engineering solutions.
• Gain knowledge of business systems to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to initiatives.
• Assist in creating company-wide documentation and onboarding materials.
