Job summary

Red Bull Racing & Technology in Milton Keynes is seeking a lead Powertrain Electrical/Electronic Systems Engineer to specify, design, test, calibrate and support Powertrain electronics.

You will mentor Engineers and Junior Engineers, review designs, allocate tasks and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure robust, integrated electrical solutions that meet project deadlines and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to specify, design, and deliver robust electrical and electronic systems.
• Experience guiding engineers and junior engineers.
• Strong understanding of design release processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the specification, design, integration, and delivery of Powertrain Electrical/Electronic systems.
• Investigate and resolve electrical system faults and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate design workflows, allocate tasks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Review and approve designs and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain design standards.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
