Ernest Gordon Recruitment is recruiting for a Powered Access Engineer (Workshop / Field) in Swindon. £40,000 - £50,000 (OTE 65,000+) plus a company van for personal use, unlimited overtime and training.

A varied role split between workshop and field duties with progression opportunities and a growing regional patch. You will service, maintain, inspect, and test powered access equipment, performing preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.

Qualifications

• CAP licence is required or in progress towards it.
• Experience servicing powered access equipment is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Are you a Powered Access Engineer with a CAP licence looking to join a rapidly expanding company offering varied work split between the workshop and field, a local patch with your own company van, unlimited overtime, and long-term career progression?

Established in 2021, this rapidly growing company specialise in the hire and maintenance of powered access equipment across the UK. With a fleet of over 1,000 machines and a turnover of approximately £25 million, they work with clients across the construction, industrial, and facilities management sectors whilst continuing to expand through new depots nationwide.

In this role, you will carry out servicing, maintenance, inspection, and testing on a wide range of powered access equipment. You will complete both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs.

This role would suit a Powered Access Engineer with a CAP licence looking for a varied role within a rapidly expanding company, offering unlimited overtime, long-term progression, and the opportunity to work across a wide range of equipment.

The Role:
