Base pay range

PowerBI Developer - Birchwood - £50-55k + Bonus

The Company:

Lorien Global is working with a global digital brand based in Birchwood. Focused on data-driven insights, the company is expanding its reporting team by adding an experienced PowerBI Developer.

The Role:

As part of the Data Insights and Reporting Team, you will optimize the PowerBI reporting suite and ensure the delivery of accurate and insightful reports. A key project involves developing and enhancing a self-serve reporting solution for employees.

You will work closely with the Principal to improve complex platforms, review work of junior team members, and support their professional growth.

The Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

• Strong understanding of Microsoft's PowerBI platform
• Expertise in data modeling, platform optimization, and data relationships
• Proficiency in SQL querying and DAX coding
• Experience with complex data sets, such as in insurance, banking, stock markets, or financial services
• Ability to mentor and train junior staff
• Excellent cross-team collaboration skills
