About The Role

As a Power Technician, based at your local service centre, you will repair generators ranging from 20KVA to 1250KVA and other equipment within our range, providing onsite services to customers. Your responsibilities include diagnosing machine damage, maintaining accurate service and maintenance records, and communicating effectively with line managers and customers.

You will work alongside colleagues as a team player, taking pride in your workplace and maintaining high standards while complying with company procedures.

• Prior experience in the generator industry or similar
• Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues
• Flexibility and self-motivation, with willingness to undertake training that may require overnight stays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence
• Strong planning, organisational skills, and attention to detail
• A valid driving licence with no more than 6 points
