Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering with relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years' planning-related experience in electrical engineering.
• Experience with power system software tools.
• Knowledge of electricity network policies and design standards.
• Understanding of construction, operations & safety in network design.
• Awareness of regulatory price controls and their implications for business finance.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
