Job summary

Jonathan Lee Group is seeking a Fabrication Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business. The role focuses on operating Power Press machinery, Saw and Boschert equipment, and manufacturing components to engineering drawings with Windchill assistance.

You will read technical drawings, perform dimensional and visual inspections, and maintain equipment and safety standards while contributing to ongoing improvement and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Power Press operating experience required.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Ability to perform dimensional and visual inspections.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate Power Press machinery safely and efficiently.
• Operate Saw and Boschert machinery.
• Manufacture components to engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings using Windchill.
• Carry out dimensional and visual quality inspections.
• Complete basic machine maintenance.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality and housekeeping.
• Support continuous improvement within the fabrication department.
