Energy Jobline CVL in Castle Donington is seeking an experienced Power Press Operator to join a leading aerospace manufacturer. You will operate power press machinery, set up tooling, read engineering drawings, and support multiple production processes.

The role is permanent, with Monday to Friday double days, and offers a competitive salary plus shift allowance, with full training provided and long-term career development.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Power Press machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to train across additional manufacturing processes.

• Operate Power Press machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with job operation cards and work instructions.
• Set up tooling and dies, adjusting press parameters including stroke and tonnage where required.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work cards and manufacturing specifications.
• Provide manufacturing support across Paint, Degrease, Berk Spray and other production processes following full training.
• Work in line with all Health & Safety and aerospace quality standards.
