Job summary

Polo seeks a Microsoft Analyst in London to support and optimize the Microsoft ecosystem across PoloWorks. You will act as the subject matter expert for Power Platform solutions, helping to resolve issues, improve processes and drive adoption.

Working with Power Apps, Power BI and Dataverse, you will troubleshoot complex problems, govern data and security, and translate technical concepts into practical tools for users. This role offers hybrid working with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex MS platform issues.
• Experience translating technical concepts for users.
• Understanding of security, permissions and data governance.
• Experience with governance and audit reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Power Platform applications, workflows and reporting.
• Log, triage and resolve incidents, service requests and issues.
• Investigate and troubleshoot across Power Apps, Power BI and Dataverse.
• Support business processes, ensuring systems are effective and reliable.
• Assist with governance, compliance reporting and audits.
• Create and maintain user guides and FAQs.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver new solutions and enhancements.
• Contribute to projects involving Microsoft technologies.
