Job summary

Morgan Philips Group is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect for Microsoft 365 & Power Platform to lead secure, scalable Modern Workplace solutions. You will design, deliver, and govern initiatives across Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Teams, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

The role blends architecture, hands-on delivery, and engagement with business teams, requiring excellent communication and leadership across IT disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering Power Platform solutions for enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of governance, security, and data protection in M365.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Teams).
• Act as technical lead and escalation point for complex Modern Workplace projects.
• Run discovery and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
