Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Power Platform consultant to bring end-to-end expertise across the Power Platform to client projects. You will build applications, advise on solutions, lead design sessions and drive adoption of the platform.

Working as part of a team on large programmes or solo on short engagements, you will ensure solutions meet client goals, leverage the Microsoft stack (Azure, Dynamics 365) and follow DevOps practices to deliver enterprise-grade outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Power Platform solutions across model-driven and canvas apps.
• Hands-on knowledge of Dataverse and Dataverse for Teams in real projects.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines, ideally with Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of governance and best practices for empowering Power Platform makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify user needs and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead design, development and implementation of Power Platform solutions within delivery teams.
• Produce high-quality applications, including enterprise-scale Power Automate flows.
• Advise on governance and enable self-sufficient platform adoption.
• Work in agile teams using declarative tools and accelerators, contributing to solution design.
