Job summary

Capgemini is recruiting a Power Platform consultant to apply extensive knowledge across the Power Platform for client projects. You will design and deliver model-driven and canvas apps, Power Automate flows, and governance strategies to empower makers and drive adoption.

You will collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders, lead sessions, and apply Microsoft stack capabilities including Azure and Dynamics 365. A hybrid UK role emphasizes flexible working with strong engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Passion for Power Platform capabilities and limits.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse and Dataverse for Teams.
• Experience setting up CI/CD, ideally with Azure DevOps.
• Commitment to industry standards and best practices in Power Platform.
• Delivery focus on positive client outcomes in a commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify user needs and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions within a delivery team.
• Produce high-quality model-driven and canvas apps and Power Automate flows.
• Advise on governance and best practices to empower makers.
• Work in an agile team using declarative tools and accelerators, contributing to solution design.
