Job summary

Milford Haven Port Authority is seeking a Solutions Analyst to join the business improvement, data management and digital enablement workstream. You will analyse business requirements, design digital solutions and produce reporting to inform decisions, with hands-on Power Platform delivery and SharePoint Online administration.

The role involves travel between MHPA sites and occasional out-of-hours work. ICT qualification and Power Platform certs are central to fit and you will keep current with

Qualifications

• HND, degree or equivalent experience in an ICT-related discipline.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and process reviews to identify needs and improvement opportunities.
• Produce business requirements, process maps, solution designs and documentation.
• Design, develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Pages solutions.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries and forms, including permissions.
• Analyse and optimise business processes, identifying automation and standardisation.
• Analyse data for trends and risks, and develop reports, dashboards and performance information.
• Support data quality and governance, including SQL querying and data extraction.
• Develop user guidance and training, and provide first-line support for solutions.
• Support projects from discovery through implementation and review.
• Track and report improvement benefits and outcomes.
• Keep current with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, and contribute to governance standards.
