Job summary

Securitas UK in London is seeking a Data Solutions Specialist to design and deliver data capture and workflow automation using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. You’ll replace manual processes, improve data quality and support reporting-ready data across operational functions.

Working hybrid, you’ll engage with stakeholders, shape scalable solutions, and maintain Power Platform apps and Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Lists and Excel.
• Experience supporting business process automation initiatives.
• Experience designing forms, applications, trackers, or data capture solutions.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and data workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain structured data intake solutions using Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Design and manage SharePoint Lists, Excel trackers and data collection tools.
• Automate manual processes and repetitive tasks with Power Automate.
• Support data management requests from GS&S stakeholders and ensure data governance.
• Maintain and optimise Power Platform apps and Power BI dashboards.
