Job summary

Synergy Resourcing Solutions Limited in Ipswich is recruiting a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain Power Apps solutions with Dataverse and SQL data support. You will build and optimize Power Automate workflows and assist with API integrations.

The role also covers Power BI reporting, Azure services, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive digital transformation, user training and adoption. Office-based during probation, moving to hybrid with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Strong, confident experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of SQL and data management principles.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure services and Microsoft 365.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and maintaining Power Apps solutions.
• Building and supporting Power Automate workflows.
• Working with Dataverse, SQL databases and business data platforms.
• Supporting Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Assisting with APIs, integrations and Azure-based services.

• Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve processes.
• Supporting user training, demonstrations and adoption.
• Maintaining documentation and supporting development standards.
