Job summary

Dale Farm is seeking a Business Applications Integrations Analyst to support, develop, and improve business applications and system integrations across the organisation. You will provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, resolve technical issues, and deliver automation with Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies.

Working with stakeholders, you will design integrations via APIs, file transfers, and other methods while driving process improvements across ERP, WMS, HR, Payroll, Manufacturing,

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years supporting business applications.
• Experience at 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
• Understanding of ERP systems, especially Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate to technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for business-critical applications.
• Develop and enhance business applications to meet needs.
• Design and support integrations using APIs, file transfers, EDI and web services.
• Develop automation using Power Automate, Power Apps and AI tools.
• Maintain system documentation and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Support ERP, WMS, LIMS, HR, Payroll, Manufacturing, Logistics and Reporting.
• Collaborate with vendors and users to deliver effective tech solutions.
