About the Role

We’re partnering with a dynamic, innovation-led organisation looking for a Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Azure. If you’re passionate about building scalable, automated business solutions and integrating diverse Microsoft technologies, this role is made for you.

You’ll work alongside a talented team to design, develop, and deploy powerful apps and workflows that streamline business processes and connect systems across the enterprise.

What You'll Do

• Design and build custom business solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online to automate processes and improve productivity.
• Develop integrations between Power Platform, Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management), and external systems for seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver user-centric solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Support and maintain existing solutions, optimizing performance and reliability in both test and production environments.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and deliver clear documentation to ensure smooth handover and ongoing management.
• Manage data governance and security standards across Power Platform and SharePoint environments.

What You Bring

• Solid experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online development and customization.
• Practical knowledge of Azure services including Functions, Logic Apps, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with Dataverse and model-driven app concepts is a plus.
• Strong scripting and coding skills (C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript) to extend platform capabilities.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and support Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams integrations or other Microsoft 365 services.
• Hands-on experience with API management platforms like MuleSoft, Zapier, or Integromat.
