Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Job Title: .NET & C# Backend Developer

Location: Remote (US time zone preferred)

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled .NET & C# Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the ongoing development of our SaaS platform. You will work directly with our Tech Lead to build new backend functionality, improve system performance, and help shape the backend architecture as we scale. This is an exciting opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth environment.

The role requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend components using C# and .NET
• Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead to define technical specifications and development priorities
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Integrate with 3rd-party APIs and data sources
• Contribute to performance tuning and optimization
• Work in a fast-paced, agile environment with short development cycles
• Communicate effectively across distributed teams
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience in backend development using .NET (Core or 6/7) and C#
• Experience building and scaling backend systems for SaaS platforms
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment
• Startup or scale-up experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Exposure to frontend or full-stack work (e.g., React, Angular)
• Experience with message queues or event-driven architectures
