Job summary

WM Reply is a global Microsoft consultancy delivering Power Platform solutions to major brands. You will design and develop Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power Virtual Agents, while supporting projects end-to-end. The role emphasizes Microsoft 365 knowledge, ALM pipelines, and RESTful integrations.

Based in Manchester with hybrid working, you’ll join a team that collaborates across the Microsoft tech stack to empower employee experiences with Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Proven development experience using Power Platform, including Canvas Apps and Power Automate.
• Wider knowledge of Microsoft 365 including SharePoint and Teams.
• Deploying Power Platform solutions on multiple environments.
• Creating and managing ALM pipelines for Power Platform.
• Understanding of C# and JavaScript.
• Strong database knowledge.
• Experience implementing Custom Connectors and authentication flows.
• Experience with REST APIs and Azure DevOps.
• Eligible for SC Clearance.
• Minimum 2:1 degree in IT or Business.

Responsibilities

• Advise and implement Power Platform solutions for clients.
• Design and develop Power Platform apps and automation.
• Support the full lifecycle of Power Platform projects.

Job Title: Power Platform Developer

Location:Hybrid working - Based in Manchester with the flexibility to work remotely.

Here's what you can expect to get up to...

• Working with our customers to advise and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Designing and developing Power Platform applications, including Canvas apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents and occasionally Power BI
• Support the full software development lifecycle of Power Platform solutions.

What's needed?

• Proven development experience using Power Platform, including Canvas Apps and Power Automate
• Wider knowledge of Microsoft 365 including SharePoint and Teams
• Deploying Power Platform solutions on multiple Environments
• Creating up and managing ALM pipelines for Power Platform
• Understanding of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript
• Excellent understanding of databases
• Experience implementing Custom Connectors
• Solid understanding of Authentication and Authorization flows in Power Platform
• Experience with Rest APIs
• DevOps Experience on the Azure Platform
• Eligible for SC Clearance
• Minimum 2:1 Degree in IT or Business
