Job summary

Cognitive Group | Part of the Focus Cloud Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Consultant to help clients on large-scale digital transformation initiatives, leveraging data, AI and automation to improve performance.

You will design and deploy Power Platform solutions, engage stakeholders at all levels, mentor junior teammates, and contribute to high-quality documentation and client advisory, while staying current with emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, CS or related field.
• Experience in consulting, business analysis, project management, software development, or Intelligent Automation/AI initiatives.
• Strong Power Platform experience, ideally with certifications.
• Experience or exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to present complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent English communication (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Additional language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
• Must have full right to work in the UK.
