Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Microsoft technologies following best practices.
• Build Power Platform & Dynamics 365 solutions, collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
• Support and promote low-code adoption through training, governance, and best practices.
• Manage and prioritize change requests for Power Platform & Dynamics 365.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, CoPilot Studio) and Dynamics 365 (Sales & Marketing, Customer Service).
• Knowledge of architectural patterns, Agile methodologies, and Azure DevOps.
• Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) are advantageous.
• Experience with enterprise-level Microsoft Business Applications.
• Skills in JavaScript, SQL, C#, and cloud integration (Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

Pay Range and Benefits

Up to £70,000, plus excellent benefits.
