Job summary

Talan is seeking a Smart Automation Consultant - Power Platform in the United Kingdom to design and deliver automation solutions across Power Platform and SharePoint ecosystems. The role involves governance, architecture, and client collaboration.

You will work in a hybrid model with three days in the office, contributing to projects, training, and PoCs while leveraging Azure, C#, and SQL Server in delivery.

Qualifications

• Understand and translate business processes into automated workflows using SharePoint, Power Platform and/or Nintex.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Visual Studio, SQL Server.
• Delivery-focused with an Agile mindset.
• Strong sense of ownership and business accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to process improvement requirements for clients based on Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Create and maintain SharePoint architecture standards and frameworks; answer client questions and resolve issues.
• Design baseline SharePoint information architecture including taxonomy and content type definitions.
• Act as Automation platforms SME and establish governance.
• Involve in project activities: requirements gathering, analysis and documentation of procedures.
• Develop process flows and forms; configure servers and share knowledge with developers.
• Contribute to presales activities and create PoCs; participate in related development tasks.
• Deliver regular training and mentor junior team members.
