Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Power Platform Architect to lead enterprise-scale low-code transformation across Microsoft Power Platform, enabling rapid application delivery, automation and data-driven insights.

You will design architecture, governance, and integration strategies, while guiding a community of consultants, contributing to proposals and PoCs, and advancing internal capability through learning and leadership.

Qualifications

• Architecture design and implementation of AI Business Solutions using Microsoft Power Platform within enterprise environments.
• Ability to explain Power Platform capabilities and align solutions to business strategy.
• Demonstrated experience integrating Power Platform with external systems and cloud services (Azure, APIs).
• Defining governance, security, and lifecycle management across environments.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-scale AI business solutions with Power Platform architectures and roadmaps.
• Define solution, integration and governance architectures for secure, low-code transformation.
• Provide technical leadership to the Power Platform community and guide expansion of capabilities.
• Lead/provide input in proposals, pre-sales, and client engagements; contribute to PoC and demonstrator solutions.
• Develop campaigns, thought leadership, and internal capability growth.
• Support career development and mentoring of junior architects.
