Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a Power Platform Admin to manage the Power BI Service, governance, and data connectivity in an onsite role based in Manchester or Inverness. The position requires BPSS clearance and 5 days per week in the office.

The role entails administration of workspaces, apps, dataflows, and enforcing security controls, with a focus on governance, audit readiness, and platform health monitoring.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Power BI Service administration and governance for both Cloud and Reporting Server.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), access management and security configuration.
• Knowledge of enterprise governance, compliance and audit requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Power BI Service, Workspaces, Apps and Dataflows.
• Manage tenant settings, user access, workspace permissions and security controls.
• Enforce Power BI governance standards, compliance requirements, and reporting certification processes.
• Monitor platform health, capacity utilization, refresh schedules, usage metrics and audit logs.
• Manage gateways, data source connectivity and troubleshoot performance and refresh issues.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure platform adoption and best practices.

Max Supplier Charge Rate: £750 - £810

Clearance required: BPSS

Interview process: Tech IV

Location: Onsite Manchester or Inverness - 5 days per week mandatory
