Job summary

Rullion is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join the Wider Engineering Team on a permanent basis. You will lead the planning and coordination of major outages, ensuring safe, efficient sequencing and delivery within time and budget.

Based in the UK, the role requires expertise in outage planning, project controls and stakeholder management. Proficiency with Maximo, Primavera or MS Project is preferred, with a strong safety mindset and attention to process compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outage, project or maintenance planning.
• Experience planning major outages, shutdowns, inspections or overhauls.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, CDM and environmental legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of major planned outages to meet safety, programme, cost and quality KPIs.
• Develop and manage integrated outage schedules with milestones and critical paths.
• Coordinate with Site Outage Managers, Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, H&S, Environmental and Finance teams.
• Integrate contractor and supplier programmes into the outage schedule.
• Monitor outage progress and implement recovery actions when required.
• Plan major inspections and maintenance campaigns within outage windows.
• Support budget forecasting, cost control and contract management.
