Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking an Electronics design Engineer to design and develop power electronic systems, including motor drives and power conversion products, from concept through to production. You will join a multidisciplinary R&D team, focusing on circuit design, testing, validation, and troubleshooting, with emphasis on delivering robust solutions across the V-model lifecycle.

The role requires collaboration with mechanical and software colleagues and a strong focus on documentation,

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or similar field.
• 2+ years' experience in power electronics or motor drives.
• Experience with high or low voltage systems.
• Knowledge of power semiconductors, gate drives, and control circuits.
• Strong testing, fault finding, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and test power electronic circuits and PCB assemblies.
• Perform simulation, prototyping, and validation.
• Create technical documentation (schematics, BOMs, reports).
• Troubleshoot and resolve design and field issues.
• Support the V-model development lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement and design optimisation.
