The Role

This role is suited for someone confident in project delivery, electrical analysis, and team management on high-impact infrastructure projects.

You will be responsible for designing, managing, and improving power distribution systems across our client sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet safety and compliance standards. You will liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure transparency and technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and upgrade 12kV power distribution systems
• Conduct system analysis and produce technical recommendations
• Lead site surveys and manage on-site installation teams
• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot and investigate faults
• Produce project reports and technical documentation
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance

The Person

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Chartered Engineer status desirable)

• Knowledge of earthing design and power system studies
• Experience in managing people and projects
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and use software (e.g., Inventor, Microsoft Office)
• Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
