The Role

Are you experienced in power distribution systems? Do you want to lead electrical projects from design through to delivery? We are seeking an experienced Power Distribution Engineer to join our team in Bournemouth.

This role involves project delivery, electrical analysis, and team management on infrastructure projects. You will design, manage, and improve power distribution systems across client sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet safety standards. You will also communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure transparency and technical compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and upgrade 12kV power distribution systems
• Analyze systems and produce technical recommendations
• Lead site surveys and manage installation teams
• Coordinate maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot and investigate faults

• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Willing to travel for site visits and meetings
