Job summary

VANRATH is partnering with a well-established organisation in Northern Ireland undergoing digital transformation. The Data Analyst will specialise in Power BI and SQL within the Business Transformation team, delivering reporting, analytics, and dashboards to drive business improvement.

You will work with modern Microsoft data technologies, support automation projects via Power Platform, and contribute to AI-enabled analytics. Hybrid working and strong training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Commercial experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong experience writing SQL queries and using relational databases.
Excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
Ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Attention to data quality and accuracy.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate) is advantageous.
Exposure to cloud data platforms and data governance.

Responsibilities

Develop reporting solutions and dashboards to deliver BI across the organisation.
Analyze complex datasets and translate requirements into insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-led decision making.
Contribute to automation projects using Microsoft Power Platform.
