Job summary

Gravitas Group in the UK is seeking a Power BI Developer for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Fully remote (UK-based), you will own legacy Power BI reporting, deliver high-volume dashboard improvements, and help mature the organisation’s self-service BI capability.

You’ll work across existing datasets, focus on rapid delivery, and translate stakeholder feedback into polished, production-ready dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong DAX and SQL skills for data modeling and performance.
• Ability to interpret stakeholder feedback into finished outputs.
• Experience supporting and modernizing existing reporting estates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing Power BI reports (fixes, iterative improvements, stakeholder-driven updates).
• Build and refine dashboards using templates/styles with strong visual and UX focus.
• Develop and maintain measures (DAX) and support data model improvements where needed.
• Support Power BI Service best practice (workspaces, datasets, lifecycle/promoted datasets).
• Help rationalise reporting as systems are consolidated (semantic models, dataset lineage, source changes).
