Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience building Power BI reports in production.
• Strong Power Query (M) experience for shaping data.
• Advanced DAX skills with maintainable code.
• Strong data visualization and design for clear, usable reports.
• Understanding of Microsoft Fabric components with Power BI.
• Ability to document datasets and reports concisely.
• Ability to coach analysts and developers in Power BI use.
• Experience building custom visuals is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality Power BI reports from data preparation to polished visuals.
• Shape and transform data using Power Query (M).
• Develop clean, maintainable DAX code following best practices.
• Apply visualization best practices to produce clear, consistent reports.
• Model data and design reports with Power BI and Fabric components.
• Document datasets, measures, and reports clearly.
• Support and upskill analysts and developers in Power BI use.
• Create custom visuals as needed to meet design requirements.
