Job summary

Queen Square Recruitment seeks a Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports with strong data validation and test support. You will engage in SIT, UAT, and production validation activities, ensuring accurate reporting and data governance across environments.

The role requires 5–12 years of experience, hands-on Power BI, SQL, DAX, and data modeling skills, plus familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira for defect tracking within a hybrid Reading-based team.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Power BI development experience.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and Production Validation.
• Ability to validate data and reconcile sources accurately.
• Proven ability to collaborate with QA, BA, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
• Build and optimize data models, DAX measures, and KPIs.
• Develop ETL logic with Power Query and integrate data from SQL Server, Azure, APIs, and files.
• Provide end-to-end SIT/UAT/testing support and production validation.
