Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited in Ipswich is seeking a hands-on Power BI Developer to design dashboards, write DAX, and build scalable data models across multiple source systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into trusted BI solutions while supporting the transition from legacy reporting to Power BI.

The role is permanent and full-time, on-site in Ipswich with hybrid options after probation (three days in the office, up to two from home).

Qualifications

Direct, hands-on experience building Power BI reports and dashboards.
Databases, SQL Server, DAX and Power Query knowledge.
Experience designing and maintaining data models for reporting and analytics.
Strong governance and data quality practices.
Excellent communication with stakeholders across departments.

Responsibilities

Build dashboards and reports in Power BI, write DAX, and shape data models across multiple sources.
Manage the Power BI environment, datasets, security and governance.
Support Qlik Sense reporting during the transition to Power BI and broader Microsoft data platform.
Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into trusted BI solutions.
