How you'll make an impact
Specializes in data architecture for reporting services, and design expertise in data warehouses, data marts, and business intelligence (BI) enterprise reporting. Identifies ways to increase the use of BI within the firm, designing end-to-end BI solutions that provide insights and information for key decision makers. Performs complex data research and analysis quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external data sources to support business operations. Researches and applies knowledge of existing and emerging data science principles, theories, and techniques to inform business decisions. ADVANCED: Recognized master in professional discipline typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include: • Establishing operational plans for sub-function area. • Developing and implementing new products, processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results. • Potential communication with leadership.
About You
Requirements: Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience. Preferred: Data analysis and transformation Data visualization and presentation Problem solving Insurance industry knowledge Communication and stakeholder management skills Statistical analysis Basic programming knowledge Behaviors
