Job summary

Randstad Technologies is seeking a Power BI Developer for a 3-6 month contract to deliver a new hospitality reporting suite and enhance the existing commercial reporting outputs. The role is hands-on, focusing on developing maintainable Power BI solutions from defined requirements.

The candidate will work on DAX, semantic modelling, report usability, and performance, with experience in hospitality and commercial environments. Databricks and PySpark knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience developing maintainable Power BI reporting solutions.
• Advanced skills in DAX and semantic modelling.
• Proven track record in report design, usability, and performance optimisation.
• Hands-on delivery experience within hospitality reporting and commercial reporting environments.
• Experience working with Databricks is useful.
• Ability to interpret Python/PySpark is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create a new suite of Power BI reports for hospitality reporting from agreed business requirements.
• Improve and standardise the existing commercial reporting suite.
• Focus on hands-on delivery rather than strategic direction.
