Job summary

Scrumconnect Consulting is seeking a data analytics professional to translate stakeholder requirements into accessible dashboards and reports. You will develop data models, optimize dashboards with Power BI, DAX, Excel and SQL, and deliver scalable visualisations for diverse stakeholders.

You will integrate multiple data sources, cleanse and prepare data, and apply statistical techniques to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience translating stakeholder requirements into intuitive, accessible dashboards and reports that enable self-service data exploration.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, DAX and Excel to develop data models and create efficient, optimised and scalable reports and visualisations.
• Ability to design dashboards that clearly communicate complex data and insights to a range of stakeholders.
• Strong experience integrating multiple data sources into a conformed data model for analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power Query and M.
• Experience in data cleansing, transformation and preparation for reporting and analysis.
• Proven experience applying a broad range of statistical techniques to support data-driven decision-making.
• Strong understanding of averages, standard deviation, correlation, regression and statistical significance testing.
• Ability to interpret statistical results and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience monitoring emerging technologies and assessing their potential application to dashboard and data visualisation products.
• Ability to provide recommendations on tools and technologies that can improve reporting and data visualisation capabilities.
• Key skills: Power BI, DAX, Excel, SQL, Python, Power Query, M, Data Modelling, Data Visualisation, Statistical Analysis.
