Job summary

CHEC is seeking a BI & Reporting Analyst to turn complex health data into clear, decision-ready insights. You’ll design Power BI dashboards, develop semantic models, and partner with clinical, operational and executive teams to enable evidence-based decisions.

Working with Data Engineers and Data Architects, you’ll champion self-service analytics, monitor performance, and support NHS reporting processes while contributing to a data-driven culture across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Power BI dashboards and reports design and development.
• Strong SQL skills for data exploration, validation and analysis.
• Experience delivering reports for clinical, operational and executive audiences.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with semantic models and dimensional modelling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical solutions.
• Develop semantic models and support a governed reporting environment.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
